Any tips to help me beat jet-lag?

Posted by The Sleep Wizard on January 25th, 2010

I’m traveling from Belgium to Virginia to visit family (we live overseas because my husband is in the military). It’s a 6 hour time difference and we’ll be there for 10 days. Jet lag usually hits me pretty hard and it takes me a week or more to adjust. Anyone care to share some tips on beating it?

I have darkbrown hair and I want to change it.I have a family reunion to go to in 2 weeks and I want to highlight it before then. can somebody help me?
I already tried ,my hair is now sort of a dark burgundy bronzish color

I am under a great deal of pressure and trying to deal with to much. I can not sleep…Is there anything natural that really works to put you to sleep and help you sleep though the night?
And anything for anxiety and worry???
Thanks

Damnit it’s 1:20am here and Im still awake.

I will go bed now!!

Thanks guys lol

I have read extensively about the side effects and everything, so I know what I’m doing. I’m 16 and I’ve had horrible insomnia all my life. My mom’s entire side of the family has. Lately it’s been taking me hours to fall asleep, sometimes not even until morning. I want to try valerian because it’s safe, but will CVS allow me to purchase it as a minor?

I have bipolar disorder and my doctor does not want for me to take sleeping pills or herbs because they make me sick.

What can I do?
